First, sold me used remote, which it states nowhere on her website that the remotes are used. which didn't work, was tested TWICE by dealership, had to buy a new one at dealer, sent it back to keylessremoteonline.com, which owner Nikki then claimed my envelope was ripped and the remote was missing.

NO REFUND of a DEFECTIVE $24 remote in other words. Don't buy there, go to the dealer where you have recourse!

Dear Customer: We use our Keyless Entry Remote Tester (SAme ones that your Local Dealership Uses) to Test ALL Of our remotes for Function/Signal before Shipment. We will not send out a keyless entry remote if they fail our Signal Test. We send our packages in Bubble Wrap in a Tightly Sealed Envelope so that when the packages go through USPS they will not be ripped open and the contents do not fall out. Now, if the Dealership said the remote will not work, They probably just wanted you to PAY Them for a remote. Many Dealerships will not program a remote if they know you purchased the remote on Ebay or the Internet, as it will cost them the sale of a remote. (The Service Reps and Parts Employees) do get paid by WHAT and HOW MUCH they sell. The more the Sell, the More money they make. If any customers have this problem, we will REFUND you for the purchase - No problems here. We do sell new and used remotes as indicated on the Home Page on our Website. www.KeylessRemotesOnline.com. Our customers are more then welcome to indicate they would like a NEW Remote, during the checkout process we provide our customers with a "Special Instructions" Box, and you can indicate which type of remote you would prefer. We give our customers hassle-free Returns. We are very leniant on our Return Policy. However, If you ship us an item in a WHITE REGULAR MAIL ENVELOPE WITHOUT ANY TAPE OR ANY WAY FOR THE ENVELOPE TO SHUT.... It probably will not MAKE It to us! And your ENVELOPE DID NOT. You cannot just THROW a remote in an ENVELOPE without any TAPE and EXPECT IT TO ARRIVE TO US. We ship our packages with BUBBLE WRAP AND TAPE ALONG ALL EDGES OF THE PACKAGE. The Least you can do is the same. You can even return the remote in the SAME package we sent it to you in. WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE YOU WITH A PACKAGE AND PREPAID RETURN LABEL FOR YOU TO RETURN A REMOTE. REGULAR WHITE ENVELOPES THAT ARE NOT SEALED WILL NOT HOLD A KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTE WHILE IT IS GOING THROUGH MAIL SORTERS IN THE POST OFFICE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHAT THE POST OFFICE DOES TO YOUR PACKAGE. PLEASEEEEE IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEND US A REMOTE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE SEND IT IN A DECENT PACKAGE SO WE CAN REFUND YOU. WE WANT TO REFUND YOU IF YOU SEND US A REMOTE, BUT CANNOT IF WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REMOTE FROM YOU. I have kept YOUR RIPPED OPEN WHITE ENEVELOPE and told you I would send you pictures of YOUR ENVELOPE.
