Keystone RV Company 55 days to repair a one hour job, their product caused $3,050. to my 2007 HD Keystone refuses to repair! ripoff Goshen Indiana
This 2006 (new) Keystone RV was bought taken out 4 times, it was returned to the shop each time. The last time it was taken out one of their cleats came out of the floor causing $3,050.00 in damage! (It is a Toy Hauler)
I was told that they would take care of the bike, 90 days later they said "we are not going to pay for any damages to your bike, take it to your insurance company. While I was wating for them to honor their promis to me and also for them to fix my RV. I incured 3 mos of bike payments and 2 mos of RV payments a total of $1,894.00 + $3,050.00 in bike damage!
Keystone has no reguard for me as a buyer and I see from the BBB that I am not the only one! I would warn anyone who is looking to buy an RV to PASS this RV manfacture right on by!
