KIA BANK FINANCE only kia deler in boise idaho. i call to the bank for return the car bicause i went to the dealer to return the car he tellmy you need to took whith the bank boise idaho.
i call to the bank and i tell i wanth to return the carr and she tellmy you want to surrender voluntary the carr and i say yes she callmy other day i need you sign the papers but no body send nothing only send the nex payment whith charges of 16.91 for no payment and nex payment for693.47. i dont know wath tinkingi have the car from the day wen i call no body move. i have full tank of gas and only104 milles. i ask if anybody can halpmy bicause dewan go to chargmy a lot the money a dont have tanks for some help

It seems that you are not a native English speaker. Your English is very bad, so I am not sure you will understand what I am going to tell you even though I understood what you wanted to say.
Anyway, you may read about the volunterily surrender your vehicle to the bank at , nerdwallet.com/blog/finance/voluntary-vehicle-surrender/ . You may also need to physically go to the bank which finance the car and ask for papers or everything you need for the process. Simply call and wait will not stop the payment. Once your payment is late for a certain period of time, someone will repossess the car. You will have to pay for the posession fees and the different of the price between what the bank could sell the car for and what you owe them. Your credit will be hit due to late payments and repossession. You will not be out of this completely. Overall, you will lose a lot but you will eventually get out of the debt faster than you need to pay for the whole car.
Still, don't think that there is no negative consequences because there will be.
