Terrible Sales and Service at the Kia Hunt Club Store in Ottawa
I'm not one to write reports, but the quality of service at the Kia Hunt Club Ottawa location is terrible. Not only are the sales people rude, arrogant and downright disrespectful the same attitude is amplified and perhaps ever encouraged by their sales manager. The manager who introduced himself as Ateera spoke to me in a condescending manner when I came in last August to inquire about a "detailing" coupon I received.
I was Lied to about my Purchase
One of the perks of purchasing my new Kia was several free cleanings which he promised would be provided by the dealership itself. At the the time I felt like it was a very generous gesture of genuine interest in having me as a customer. Now, I feel uterrly and wholly cheated when I was denied the detailing and instead asked to PAY! I insisted that the manager had given me the free detailings himself but he called me a liar to my face and blatantly denied that ever happening.
I would warn anyone to stay away from such a place. There are a multitude of other Kia dealerships throughout Ottawa and I implore you to not visit Kia Hunt Club Ottawa.
