I ordered 3 custom made dog carrier bags from Kiki Hamnn in August of 2014.  They were to be custom made from the jeans and accessory articles I was to send her that belonged to my son who had passed away in July 2014.  They were to be momentos for my daughters. That is where the phrase "custom made" took on its importance because they were to be made from items and clothing that I sent her that had sentimental value.  I asked her if she wanted me to send her a box with the accessories and clothing to her at this time, in which she responded, "No that the chance of them being lost or misplaced prior to her needing them would be great, she would have me send them when she was ready to create them." Prior to any notification to send them I was informed of many unhappy customers, some of which never received their orders from Kiki, others who were finding the base of their bags were made of fed ex boxes covered in material.  I became very apprehensive of this transaction as I was paying $2,000 for this order and was concerned as to wether I would ever receive the bags or the items I had sent her back.  Therefore, at that time I notified Kiki that I was going to be cancelling my order being that this was not your usual order and had alot of emotional ties to the belongings being sent.  She in response claimed she understood and offered to refund my money in full, as the order had to be paid in full before she would accept the invoice.  She told me to think about her offer and to let her know my decision but begged me to re-consider.  The next day, I notified her that I would be accepting her offer to refund my money and she informed me that her offer was only good for the day before.  Kiki has since tried to send me 3 off -the -shelf jean dog carrier bags which are meaningless to me at the cost of $2,000, of which I never ordered.  My bank advised me not to accept any deliveries from Kiki as what she was sending me was not what I had ordered.  I refused delivery two times.  She has my money and I have nothing. Kiki has done this to many people in different ways, I am just another one of her ripe offs.
