Kim And Charles Petty - Visionary Plubishing sent me a bogus real estate ripoff Tucker Georgia
I order a real estate wholesale program from mr. petty I receive the program and notice it was just a bunch a binders and a free t-shirt which I still have. I called and spoke mr.petty's assistant charese who called mr.petty and told him i would like a refund. She called and said when I send the program back I would receive refund of $545 in 10 days from the date they receive their materials back.
I sent them back by ups, the company receive the package back on3/5/07. I should have receive my refund by 3/15/07. I did not get it. after calling several times telling him I will expose is crooked company he said mr. washington you got my word on it I'll send it out, because we do not run a company like that. this call was receive by him 3/23/07.
I did not receive my refund call serveal more times getting a machine every time. Finally I talk to mr.petty on 3/30/07. He heard my recording of reporting his company and sending him a email, he called and said we are sending you your fund on 4/3/07. then I got an email stating it will go out on 4/4/07 sorry for the delay. Mr.petty says the same thing all the time.
I have a wife and 9 children mr.petty and his company has putting not but stress and frustration with this issue. please help I would like to sue him and his company now.

This customer was taken care of. He was refunded. There was a miscommunication between our accouting dept and Mr. Washington. For that we aplogize and wish Mr. Washington all the best.
