Kim Jones At United Processing Inc. The customer service rep. Threaten me and my family that I have a warrant and was going to jail. Jacksonville Florida
My husband received a call from United Processing Inc. (Kim Jones) stating that they needed to contact me because of a legal matter. Then he received another call from his mother and she informed him that Kim Jones had called her house and told her that if she does not release my where abouts or any information about me, that an officer will be coming to her house to speak with her.
So my husband and I called Kim and tried to make payment arrangements with her on our terms because I do believe that you should pay all you debts even personal loans. I feel like that is good carma and that is my spiritual beleif. However when my husband advised me to call Kim back and let her know what we could do, she told me that if I did not pay her in full right then that she would have a Police Officer to come and arrest me. So I informed that we would not be able to pay it in full at that time but that we can send it the following morning she advised that my husband need to keep his money and she will have a car to come out to my house and arrest me in front of my three very little children.
So please be advised that though it is right and good to pay off your debts times can get hard for everyone and at that time I was separated from my husband. Gas and milk are four to five dollars a gallon. It is not necessary for these people to threaten you or treat you like @$#%, when the life style that you were accustomed to change.
