Landlord requests from tenant, GSCC a premium security deposit of 8,000 and premium rent of 2,800 in move in costs. Then enters a contract for a parking lot to be built and paid for by GSCC company. GSCC pays for parking lot to be built. Landlord then breaches contract after 1 week having told paving company "Do not proceed!" Landlord begins to evade monatry damages due to GSCC with frivolous law suites against tenant GSCC in retaliation and in violation of landlord tenant laws, discrimination laws and real estate property laws.
