Weisman, Attorney at Law Threaaten fruadulently kick me off of a Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program because I refused to pay an extra more than $200.00 more than the Internal Revenue Code which was written by the Internal Revenue Service has required us to pay. I have given this law firm all of the necessary documents to prove that I have certified for the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Program, but they are still threatening to kick me off because I have reported their client Rodney S. Shepard to the Federal Government. They are fraudulently stating that I am refusing to recertify for the program when I hand delivered the proff to them that I have indeed complied with the program regulations and they have the proof. They sent me a fraudulent letter stating that they have people who are complaining that I am creating a problem in the building, when I have not, I am a eighty-six year old man who has stage Iv cancer and am fighting for me life.
Because of my advanced state and my advanced age I may not make it. They are using my fear of them illegally kicking me off the program and forcing me to die of my cancer homeless in the streets of Los Angeles to force me to give them more money than I am supposed to pay. I am supposed to pay $260. per month for my rent in this subsadized program, they are forcing me to pay $685.00 per month. They force the tenants to write fraudulent verifications against people so that they can take them into the eviction court and have the tenants illegally evicted by going up on their rent $50.00 if they do not do what they want them to do and that is how they get their fraudlent verifications to evict them people that con
