Kinder Care Knowledge Learning Center, Chalfont Kinder Care, Richboro Kinder Care Kinder Care Doesn't Pay It's Janitorial Vendors Portland, Oregon
I am a franchise owner from Jan Pro cleaning systems, we do the janitorial work at the Kinder Cares. For the whole month of October our employee who was cleaning at the Kinder Cares did not use the IVR system KLC janitorial has in place. Long story short KC janitorial is not paying us for a whole months worth of service because of this technicality. I contacted the center directors and verified the work was done and forwarded the emails to KLC janitorial.They basically said that I could talk to the legal department if I was not happy with the way they are handling the non payment problem.
I have made calls and sent emails asking for payment around $1500 but to no avail. We are a small business trying to survive these harsh economic conditions and non payment for these services that were completed per the center directors is unacceptable. I do understand that KLC has policies in place but also believe there should be some integrity when they know the service was completed. I think this is something that could be corrected and could leave KLC looking like they do care about the vendors who are most likely small American business owners.
