I recieved an email from kinetic marketing group, i did a bit of research and saw nothing but bad things about them. I decided to give them a call anyways, when I went in for my interview it was very shady, they were playing the music extremely loud. I got called back for the second interview and little did i know i was going to be outside all day in flats. The guy who was interviewing me was nice but was dancing around questions as if he didnt want to say the wrong thing.
When i asked him about pay he said i would get a certain percentage of what he makes while training but it is commission based. i was fine with part since i have the gift of gab. but after three weeks of being there i couldnt do it anymore. all the men there were trying to sleep with every female that walked through the door it was so much drama and after talking to every one, everyone except for Kevin Griffin and his Assistant Mangaers Terry Lynch nobody else had been there over a year but there were maybe 20+ people but everyone less than six months of working there.
After I decided to leave in december 2012 I didnt recieve my last four checks until march 2013 and thats after calling and pretty much harassing them to send them to me and now im about to go through the long process of getting them reissued but my advice to anyone is to stay as far away you possibly can especially if you dont want the wear and tear on your and carpooling people every day of the week
