For example of the guys integrity here is a a Seattle Times article about him: https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/ex-indoor-soccer-owner-ordered-to-pay-nearly-1-million/

Paint and Fab (as it is called at most dealers) Protection comes with a pamphlet that details that it must be re-applied at your expense each year to maintain the warranty. Its in the terms and conditions.
And basically the cost of this is: $18 to $30 for the product labour to apply, a fee for to register the protection plan and mark up. Expect the dealer to get 50% of the cash as markup.
The extended warranty is an insurance plan, and has very strict claim and maintenance requirements. Again the dealer keeps about half as his commission.
The gap insurance is again a profit maker for the dealer. Expecting anything else is just foolish.
The dealer offered financing, of course there is a commission paid to the dealer to arrange this, the only time it might be a good deal is if it is 0% for the entire term, and then you have to be careful about fees.
The only surprising and perhaps valid complaint you have posted is the attempt to burry or hide extras in the sales agreement. Lowlife sales and finance guys will try this when they are not going to make any money off you, the average car sale sees less than 1/3 of profit margin comes from the car itself, the rest comes from extras.
So unless you can prove they mis-lead you or are refusing to warranty when you maintained your protection as required you will have a tough go of it.
By the way, you just sounded silly to anyone who has worked in the Auto sales business.
