ing solutions Easy exports I purchased a car from Copart through ing never received title filed a lawsuit they did not show but agreed to get me the title in 30 days still did not give title. I won judgment against them they did not pay judge filed for them to appear and show cause they did not. judge scheduled a contempt of court hearing they did not show and no matter what I do they will not pay north Miami beach florida Nationwide
I purchased a car from Copart through ing solutions and I did not receive the title to the car. after they promised several times to provide a title I filed a small claims case against them. they then agreed to have the title within 30 days which they still did not do. The judge ordered them to reimburse me for the car and expenses. Ing refused to pay and refused to complete the debtor's statement of assets and refused to show up to their contempt of court hearing. to this day they are non responsive and it looks like I am just out the money since I paid Copart directly when I picked up the car I do not have Ing's banking information to garnish their bank account.
