I order ac unit phone order toconfirm some of the things that they offer, they where very late with delivery, first day after waiting from 9-3, never showed up next morning the window was 9-11:30 never showed up, so I called said I can't be home, they advise me to leave letter signed saying that they can leave it in the garage witch I did, unit is damage copper was not delivered, so when I called talek to Nathan told him that that's been stress for me he freaked out started to use the f work cussing me out, told me that I don't know who I am dealing with andthat he will chase medot my house and take care of me, told me to go f my self at the end when hang up, so her I am stuck with damaged unit missing order and been threatened from this guy and with no ac, luckily I have camera system in my house so Ihave them on camera delivering two boxes only with out the copper. So I don't know what to do at this point do I go tothe police file report,and I think these people should be out of bussiness ASAP, cause I thought i was talking to a criminal not a bussiness owner. 

I willing to go as far as I can with this I would like my money back witch I made stop payment,mand now I don't know what's next.

This case is typical to where if you ship something using Fedex to a customer in other state and if Fedex loses the package, customer calls and blames you and yells over the phone for something that is not your fault. As per our policy we require signature on all heavy items that are beig delivered and we request customers to refuse the package if the shipment is damaged by the trucking company. Customer at his own descretion spoke with the trucking company without informaing us, agreed to leaving a note to them to deliver even when he is not home. Trucking company left the package behind, customer was not there to inspect the package, he claimed he did not receive linesets, but the delivery confirmation says they did. Customer then claimed it was stolen from his property probably which again was his responsibility to protect the property from being stolen as we have no control of what happens to the product after being delivered. In a nutshell, customer should not have asked the trucking company to leave the package on his UNSECURED back porch. He could have easily waited for the package and should have refused the paackage IF it was damaged in transit. But as per the records from the trucking company and the pictures they took, the box was in good condition when delivered. Something went wrong after it was delivered, looks like they stole customer's lineset as it was not that heavy, they tried to steal his condenser also, and they must have dropped it and left it behind due to the wt of the package. We have no control over what goes on at the customer's address or location.
