I bought a Mitsubishi 3 zone split ac unit from kinersons about a year ago. Now im having a problem with the compressor. My installer obtained all the informatio they required but every time I call them they give me a different web site to order from. The trouble is they don't exist. They're real helpful when it comes to selling you something but ignore you when it comes to warranty servuce. Go to a respected retailer. The savings aren't worth it.
