Kis Golf Academy And Country Club Promises Made and Broken; You guys played my wife and I before I deployed to Iraq Collierville Tennessee
My wife and I attended a presentation at the Kis Academy presented by Gerald Simmons and Lenny ?. It was at Christmas and I was about to deploy overseas. We bought a family membership for $8500. that included clubs and lessons for my grandson.
We had doubts about the wisdom of spending this much before I left for such a long time and called the very next morning to cancel but was assured that with the 100 dollar referrels we could bring the price way down AND IF after using the membership for a year we were not happy; they would let us out of the contract.
I decided that since I made the commitment I would KEEP MY WORD. Because of my deployment I wasn't able to use the membership this last year but wasn't worried because it was a LIFETIME membership. I paid the 8500 dollars down to a balance of 1500 this year and was ready to use the membership..... It was weird that when we tried to make an appointment for some lessons, our call wasn't returned. It was then we learned they had shut the doors.
These people have no shame. They should have at least called the members!!
I am so angry..... I will hunt these people down and demand my money back. Anyone interested in Legal Action? Count me IN!! They are frauds and cheats. If any Kis people read this: Where is your HONOR?
