Complaint Review: Kixeye - Internet

Hello.

Kixeye start a game on facebook, to atract more people, In fact, they did and that game, "War Commander" started to grow up, even more than their expectations and in the max perioud thay had about 5 million players, Their expectation where overhelmed and their servers couldn't reach the numbers of the players. That is why the players started to be very unsatisfied with the game lag, disconnecting players, remove units gained in game, some of them with money, lost unnits and the players have to repaired them with money and so on. Well, that was the start of cheaters appearance, because they started to use cheats to gain or repaire those units lost because the Kixeye servers, and when thay appeared, kixeye decide to create an personal site for this game, they called Kixeye beta, hoping that the cheaters could not tress passing their security. After they  realise they couldn't do that, they invent the "Terms of service", after more than 1 year after the game's appearance, but they never, never told in any way that "Terms of service" does exist, but only if they use next step, as follow. Now, because that "terms of service" exist, they started to use that  to ban players - cheaters - they told (but the Kixeye team is the greatest one) and use something like "due to breaking our Terms of Service". They started to do this about two years ago and they never use to tell how to prove the cheating, in time of everyone see how Kixeye cheats. A few days ago, exactly on the 31th of march, my account was also banned, with same issue:

"We have permanently banned this account due to breaking our Terms of Service, corp.kixeye.com/legal.html. We will not share the details of what we caught the account doing or how we detect cheating, for security reasons. You are responsible for your own account, and even if you chose to share your account information, this account will remain closed.

This ban is permanent and our decision is final. We will not respond to further support requests regarding this account.

Well, total false there and when I started to fight with them, they unbanned my account, but, because I was very reactive, they removed my units, gained with money, along 3 years of playing this game. In that time I spend just 1328,20 US dollars for their game and i have prove for that (and also those proves i send them). I wrote them again, and they respond:

"Any illegal items gained through cheating have been removed, and they won't be returned to the account. This decision is final. Keep in mind that any cheating will resort in a permanent ban.

KIXEYE Customer Support" and that was their final answer.

Well, now let's tell how they cheat. Look into my text sent to Kixeye:

"do not forget how many times i reported you hackers and you never said at least a thanks for that, remeber how many times I lost platoons, repaired with money, because your game lag or even disconnected me, remember when you let me in the middle of event without any heavy and you did nothing, even after i wrote to you, remember how fair was you with me, before act like that". Yes, they use their incompetence, or the servers to disconnect us, in time of actions, resulting in  looss of our units (sorry for repeating, repaired with money). They changed the game, at the begining, a game playable from anyone, a game that could be played not only with money, you could repaire or create units in more, more time than with money, but it was playable without money. Now, after they changed the game and invent every month new units, making imposible to play it without money, for repairing, or to cheat. That is why they ban players, without any control, they can't prove who cheat and who not. They have observers who see that you have more units to attack,  than usual, they ban you. if you make tickets and you prove that you use money (with money those units are instant repaired), fine, they unban you, but if you pissed off someone from their team, they don't give you the account back, as he was when was baned. They use any form of cheating, to stole money from players and trust me, after  years of playing this game, making friends from all over the world, socializing with those friends in time of playing, is very, very hard to give up to that game and your friends, because that game was and is the binder, the cement of friendly relationship. I have, for instance, friends from USA, Peru, Italy, Great Britain, France, Spain, Israel, China, India, Maroco, Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary and so on.

What i want:I want to make them pay for their impertinence of acussing of cheats, removing my units and, in that way, stoling my money spent for create, gain  and upgrade those units. I want those money back and in same time, my account back with all units taken from them.

It is fair enough ? I hope (or I am too weak ?).
