This guys and his wife have been ripping off people from Pennsylvania to VA and other states. His business was reprimanded by the state of PA for operating without a license. He lost the case and was fined. Looks like he is now operating out of VA, although it could be a fake address.
I am in the process of trying to build a garage and hired him to create plans. He visited our house and seemed fairly knowledgeable. He then disappeared and after many emails and voicemails after 4 months, I still have no plans.
He does try and communicate back with you and provides many heart wrenching excuses as to why he can not deliver what he promises. Its the same story from many other people who have dealt with him.
It looks to me that he does have some background in this field but he is either low skilled or just too lazy. He finds it easier just to steal peoples deposits than work for a living.
