You said you are the HR Director, why does the job listing say contact Sallie Beth, you signed the letter as Tasha, and the name used on RoR is Rose? We know Sallie Beth doesn't exist. How come it doesn't say it's 100% commission like other companies whom hire on a 100% commission basis do on their ads? How come it doesn't mention B2B sales specifically so the candidate can have the ability to understand it's door to door? By just saying face to face you are given the impression that these are preset appointments. Why does he say new customer acquisitions for Staples, as opposed to saying Quill - the wholly-owned subsidiary of Staples? During sales you can't sell any Staples specific products? Just wondering...

First off, let me start to say that I am the HR director for KMG. So proud to work for this prestigous company that I will put my real name at the bottom of this post, which obviously other individuals try to mask themselves such as the young lady above. Whenever we conduct the second round interview, the individuals are told exactly what they will be doing for the day--> "You will be shadowing one of our top corporate trainers for the day. Whom which will disclose information on compensation, upward mobility, corporate structure, and the overall direction of the company. Most importantly, today is going to be more like a personality test. We want to see your people skills, characteristic traits, and how you handle yourself professionally". I believe that tells the potential candidates exactly what they will be doing for the second interview. I sit in on most of Paul's preliminary interviews and I can assure you that he is very correct with explaining what we do. He tells the interviewee that we do face to face new customer acquisitions and marketing for Staples. He even asks every potential candidate how they feel about the word "No" and how they feel about meeting face to face with business owners such as Attorneys, CPAs, and Doctors. Obviously, it is not Paul or our company that is not correct. The only problem I see is that ignorant people don't listen during their interview. Maybe they are nervous or scared to make a good impression, I'm not sure but there is no excuse. As far as FALSE ADVERTISING, I have copied and pasted the job posting that the above young lady applied to.
