I did a job with this company got hired through this guy name Paul it has been since Nov 2nd and this guy have been putting me off and. It paying me for the work I have done I sent him an invoice on Nov 2nd and he said ok now it is Nov 14th remind you I was supposed to get paid on last fri I don't work for this company I am a sub contractor and when I started the job was told as long as I finished the job by wed I get paid that fri that changed said something about their company pay roll changed which again I don't work for their company but what get me is I told the guy my price and now he want to just tell me today he is not paying me what I invoiced him for 2 weeks later I am filling a civil lawsuit against this company and will be putting a lien against this home because all I asked for is the boss get in touch with me about my money but Paul said he was the boss and when I looked this company up I didn't see his name on the company I tried to handle this situation without getting the courts involved but I have no choice business is business and for the owner of this company I advise you to look into who you have in charge of your rehabs he is not a good business person at all.

We hired Johnny to do a drywall job and he said he had crew that could do the work. Every day he was on site it was just him. Created a very long delay on the project and did Subpar work. Was not good at all. He eventually walked off the job because Paul was telling him he needs to get the work done quicker. We had to hire another drywall company to come in and finish and correct the work that he had started. He invoiced us for $1800 and did only $800 worth of work that we had to redo. That's where the dispute came into play between him and Paul. Eventually he put a lien on the house and we had to pay him $1800 for doing subpar work and having a company come behind him and finish the job. He didn't hite a lawyer or do all those threatening acts. He was paid in full. So beware of this company. He says he has a crew and its only him, subpar work, and will demand money he didn't earn.
