I started a layaway with them July 29th, paid it off on August 7th.  I still have no idea when they are going to ship my 200 bucks worth of kids clothes.  I have spoken with 5 reps, all of whom gave me bogus answers about needing so many  business days ect.  I was told by the first one that my computer was slow and cached, to unplug my computer and it would show as shipped.  Stupid broad gave stupid answer.,  I tried another one, who told me stuff would be here within two days,  That was four days ago.  I spoke with another one who escalated it, and the response I got from the escalation team was a bogus link that doesn't work.  I spoke with another one who said it would ship within five business days.  That time frame had passed.  I spoke with one today who cut off the chat because he certainly doesn't care that I don't have my kids school clothes.  I guess I better get shopping at Walmart, because school starts tomorrow and they don't have their clothes.  $200 is just wasted.

After feeling ripped off and stolen from by this site I have searched to see if others had too.  I found this has been a common thing over the years for this online marketplace to not produce the product and keep the money.  I made my report with BBB and FTC but it seems there should be some kind of Class Action done with so many people getting harmed by these shady standards.  Shoppers confidence is harmed for all online transactions not just this site.
