I placed an order to rent a textbook needed for class on August 18, 2015. I was concerned about getting the book in time so i contacted the company via live chyat to ask and was told to upgrade to two day shipping. So I did.
As of the afternoon of the 24th, there is no indication of what is going on with my order, so I called knetbooks. Waited on hold for over an hour and finally got rough to customer service through live chat. I asked what was going on with my order and was told that they have no idea when it will ship or when it well get to me. I was then told I only paid for two day shipping-thats for when the item ships that basically they have unlimited time to process the order-but when they finally get aroud to it they will ship the item in two days. They could tell me no other information about my order.
This company is taking advantage of students who need textbooks for their education-they should not be allowed to do business like this.
