Kohls Returned $79.99 instore, was promised a check in the mail because my email receipt was not good enough. redmond oregon
My son's Polariod tablet came broken, I returned pronto, but because I mailed original receipt for a rebate on another item and only had the email print out, the store said the return showed up as we would receive a check, NEVER arrived...I was told 5-7 days, 3 months later NOTHING. The order just before this, on black friday 2013 a $30+- item I paid for was never sent and after months and many hours of my time of back and forth...I was sent a gift card for $12 and change.
Cannot believe how careless Kohls has become and will never shop there again. Fool me once, fool me twice.....
