Koma Construction - Thomas Pilson, Tommy Stole money and did not perform the work. Performed sub-par work and lied repeatedly. Albuquerque New Mexico
Thomas pilson (tommy) is a liar and a thief. His work is horrbile and wouldn't pass code. He took an initial draw of $40k on a property we contracted him for and he never peformed the work or returned the money. When contaced, he did nothing but lie non-stop. Avoid him and Koma contstruction at all costs. He has even ripped off his own uncle and is being sued by him. I also know of one party going after him for the same types of things. DO NOT HIRE THIS CON-ARTIST. WE ARE GOING TO PROSECUTE HIM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. He hops between Florida, NM and Phoenix, AZ.

I have recently hired Thomas Pilson/Koma Construction for a 250 square foot ceramic tile project. The project was completed in two days. The price was fair and reasonable, the work is excellent and looks incredible. I will be enjoying this new kitchen floor for years to come! I could not be happier with his work, his prices or his attitude. A very hassle free contractor job. After that project I also hired him to redo approximately 20 drywall holes left in my home after a recent plumbing re-piping project. The walls look great all around. From the drywall to the texturing. This guy knows his stuff! Again the price was fair and work was excellent. I am a home owner in Albuquerque New Mexico who has used Tommy on many remodeling jobs on my house. I have had no problems with the quality of the work or with Tommy. Work has included windows, sheetrock, concrete,framing,demo work,stucco,and many other projects involved with the remodel. I also know others who have been satisfied with his work.
