My 80 year old mother was charged fifty four dollars on her local Att phone bill for internet services . She does not have a computer or internet service. The billing was done thru a 3rd party biller called OAN services. They have a contract with Kool Telecom, Ltd to handle their billing. I contacted att and was advised that by law they have to accept 3rd party billing on the local bill and I would have to contact the company directly to receive a credit.
I contacted Kool Telcom and was advised that it was a billing error and credit would be issued in 2-3 billing cycles. My mother also had charge from Infocall,LLC and I was told to contact them at a different Telep. number for credit. They also claimed it was a billing error and the neither account was under my moms name.

Hi,
I just had a similar experience with our ATT Wireless and unauthorized charges. They had a bogus contact number and we couldn't get them to stop. We contacted ATT and they put a stop to them and credited our phone bill.
Contact ATT and they can put a block on them so she won't be charged anymore. These scam companies make me so mad!!
