Koons Vienna VA Delco Batteries Warranty not accepted for 7 year battery after 1 year Vienna , Virginia
Bought a used 2006 Impala SS in 2008 from Koons. Excellent car great deal. Bought a new 7 year Delco battery in 2010 it failed in 2011. Told me warranty would pay only 6 dollars. They charged me 272 dollars. Replaced with a 6 year battery without notifying me until I found out later. Dealership offered me an oil change free, but since they have lost my trust after more than 20 years of doing business, I just took them off my list. Battery warranties are a huge rip-off and should be reported.
