We are more than happy to replace your unit for you at no charge per the terms of the 90-day warranty. Your warranty card is included in the instruction booklet packet that came with your unit. Per the terms of the warranty, you simply need send your unit via prepaid freight, along with proof of purchase showing that you bought the item within the last 90 days. As your report on this website is from August 2004, we can accept a receipt dated May 1, 2004 or later. If proof of purchase is not included, we cannot cover your unit under warranty. If you do not have your receipt or if the unit is outside the warranty timeframe, replacement can be made for a nominal service fee.
