I ordered a scooter deck and neck from Kota. Two days later my credit card was charged but no shipping information was provided. My son was asking every day when his parts would arrive. I emailed twice and called twice. I got an automated email back saying someone would respond asap. Of course no one has. My phone calls were answered by voicemail and no response there either. Today I saw the scam reports on various websites and decided to dispute the charge so that I can get my money back. It sounds like the company was started by a 13 year old scooter rider. I am not knocking enterprise by anyone so young, but it must be responsible and this company clearly is not. Do not order from this company.
