Unfortunfortunately, I do have Karft Maid Cabinets. On PAPER they do have a good warranty, but they didn't honor it easily.
After a great deal of escalating (to the VP level) we finally got some response from Kraft Maid. On the invoice for the replacement components these instructions were clearly indicated "Special inv: no bubbling, dirt in finish, no dry ends or rough finish, no sand thru, dents, scrathes, smooth clean complete stain"
I guess that means if you really want good quality cabinets from Kraft Maid you need to carefully list specific directions on your order!
Sales reps for the company should not suggest a customer is not being honest when they do not have the facts!
The attitude of this sales rep, that the customer is wrong, however is consistent with my experience.

I did recieve some follow up from the Kraft Maid rep, he felt he could replace the drawer fronts that don't match and up to five doors. Given I have several doors that have bubbles on the staining, are warped or otherwise damaged, 5 doors is not even close to solving my problem. According to Kraft Maid rep bubbling on staining is within their standards, make sure you are willing to live with bubbled staining before selecting Kraft Maid cabinets.
The rep acknowledged the doors are warped, I should live with this for a year before they consider addressing it????? He acknowledged rag marks on doors, but I need to decide which five are the worst, because that is all they say they will replace. There warranty is meaningless, the quality is not consistent with the displays I saw.
This looks and feels like bait and switch to me, show me a good product on displays, send out mediocrity and then claim it is good enough. For 12K worth of cabinets I feel very ripped off.
