After relentless effort I was given an adress ,residential, to mail the return package. I did. They never credited my card for the purchase -$150. St. Louis Internet
I purchased 1kg of kratom online ($150) from a company called kratomcrazy.com with a 100% full money back guarantee. What was shipped to me was not Kratom. It was more like sawdust. I had a very difficult time reaching someone with the company to start a return. Finally I got an email from them with an address of where to send the package. The adress they gave me was a residential adress with an apartment number. The email adress also said that although the "satisfaction guarantee" stated that my shipping costs would be covered, that is no longer their policy. Sucks, but I sent the package back anyway in hopes of getting my $150 back. Needless to say, after I mailed the package I never got credited back and nobody will respond to my emails. $150 lost forever....
