Kris Tate and club Amnesia is a Total Scam. This Club owner books shows that he never intends to make happen and this is how it works with him. kris Tate will call you to book a show and he knows from our contracts that we do not do refunds we only do a credit to book something else if a problem arises but he cancels shows after he books them then asks for money back knowing we only do a credit for another artist he signed and agreed to that but yet he wants money back because he never intended to book and event he uses this process for washing money to make it appear like he is running a legitimate club but the reality is he is running a criminal organization using his club as a front for what he really does. Stay away from Club Amnesia and Kris Tate of Katy Tx he is a FRAUD. He created a fake report on our company ask Kris Tate why would he sign a contract that clearly states NO REFUNDS Only a CREDIT is a problem arises to book another artist so why sign that agreement if you don't want to follow what you agreed to and the answer is he never wanted to book anything he just wants to appear to be legitimate.
