This internet (eBay) seller sold me a defective, used fog light assembly for my 1986 Corvette for $75 plus $35 shipping. As I am not a technician, I was unable to determine the true condition of the part upon receipt. It took 5 weeks for me to schedule an appointment with my repair shop, as they are very busy in the summer in Phoenix with air conditioning repair. This past week I was able to take my vehicle in to the shop for the repair, only to be informed that the part was defective and unusable. Upon contacting the seller, I was informe that they would not accept the return of the defective part. They also claimed "to have removed the old bulb, inspected, and saw no damage to the plastic", which is clearly not true.
