Summary: We paid Kunal Sarin to help us develop our website. After we paid him on Paypal, he provided 1 hour of service that day but has since disappeared and nowhere to be found.
The background story: I first met Kunal when I was looking for an offshore team to develop my website. He worked for a company called Classic Informatics and with our project, he played the Project Manager role. This project started from Sept 16, 2009 to March 26, 2010.
Towards the end of the project, there was apparently an upheaval at Classic Informatics resulting in Kunal along with a few of other people that worked on my website to leave the company. The result was that my project was left incomplete, forcing me to look for another provider.
On April 9, 2010, Kunal and I reconnected online again (we had each other's Google Chat and Skype IDs). After several email correspondences, I agreed to partnering with him again since it was him that worked on my website with Classic Informatics.
To test our "new" partnership, we agreed that he (Kunal) would provide 1 hour of consultation per day for $100/week. He said $100 is their minimum fee per week. He insisted on $50 downpayment and the rest be paid at the end of the week.
After paying him via PayPal (the account name that received the payment on PayPal is "Hiral Humal"), he provided 1 hour of service that day. However, after that, he has since disappeared. We were supposed to have our daily meetings at 11pm EST but he no longer signs into Google Chat or Skype. Basically, he took our money and ran. Although it's only $50, I feel unbelievably ripped off. After all, I trusted the guy with the payment advance.

Contrary to Kunal's claim, however, our website (LocalBigwig.com) has been, and continues to be, free of charge. We have never processed and stored a credit card transaction on our site on behalf of one of our Members.

This person is a total freak, you can get from his post that $50 made him rip off, this case has already been settled down via paypal, he has been refunded back $50 amount within a week's time as our company was not interested the style they want to work and build of relations, so we payed him back $50 and that case got settled down.
I want this rip off should be taken away as its creating a bad name for my company, in fact a rip off should be made against Ray Madronio who has made the false statement here after even when his money has been refunded back.
I want your support team to come into action and take this of priority basis.
