I have done business with this company several times in the past, and had probems with billing errors. They billed us for re-keying doors that was not on the list to re-key, which they adjusted because it was not on the work order. Another time they re-keyed our commerical building after evicting non-paying tenant, the bill we received had a few errors, the bill had charges for more keys than received on one item, and also we received more keys than billed on 2nd item, again they adjusted the bill, but still making a profit of more than $300.00 in just in labor alone. I assumed it was a mistake, and I would continue using them because they did make the adjustments, even though they were not happy about it.  



Today 12/1/09, I sent my  husband who they never met, to there office with a lock to a key cabnet, they charged $20.00 , not sure if this is normal charge, he paid cash, installed the lock , locked the box but then the key would not open the box after it was locked.  I called Kustome Locksmith, they were rude and not willing to help, still they did not know who I was, and not willing to help, or give a refund.  Now all our keys to each office was not locked in this box, and I had no way to take the key cabnet off the wall.  I went down to Kustome Locksmith office and they were rude and not willing to  help, I told them that I have used there services in the past, they responed to We Know Who You Are and where your business is!  I told them that I have paid alot of money to this business, and they replied, you pay us what you want to pay!, I asked them to look at key cabnet since we are just accross the street, but they continued to be rude and tell me that it would cost me $80.00 for a service charge, but the box only cost $20.00. 



I then asked for them to refund $20.00 for the key, since it is not working and I will have to drill the lock from the Key Cabnet, and they refused.  I told them I felt this was not right, I would contact the Police, report them to the ripoff report, and BBB, they did not care, they continued to Mock me, laugh at me, and kept repeating Freebe, Freebe!,  I did not contact the police, but I was very upset how they were treating me, I felt as if I was a sixth grader again, and they were the bully's in school.  They are not professional, and I am shocked they could not handle the client (Me) better. I would think during these had times, every client is important even if you don't agree with them. I am a very caring person, and I take in homeless people, and help people stay in there homes, and I have never been treated like this before, I want everyone to know how this business treats there customers, and to make sure you are getting billed correctly.  I feel I was SCAMED! Beware.....
