Kwik Kar & Tires I went there and was duped out of money and the brake pads that I purchased on my own.I delt with Jose who assured me that the brake pads were on my car! What a Lier! The brake light kept coming on so Houston, Texas
This place needs to be shut down! I purchased my own brake pads for my car last week! I went to Kwik Kar on Hihghway 6 N and talked with Jose who assures me that he can and will put on my brake pads for a good price. So he comes over like an hour later and informs me that he has put on my brake pads! So I'm like man that was fast you guys are really busy and you manage to get to my car done super fast WOW! I knew something was up, but I let it go! Big mistake! This all happened on Friday April 10th todays the 12th and my brake light keeps on flashing then the ABS light comes on and I'm like WTF! So I stop by a brake shop on the way home! There about to close in about five minutes! So the guy comes out and he looks at the front brakes and he's all, well mam the brakes are almost metal to metal! When's the last time you changed your brake pads? Huh! I just looked at him! i can't believe this s**t! I am so pissed these people could have gotten me and others killed or hurt b/c of their awful bad business behavior. I wanna see if they will make things right and if so you'll be hearing about it and if not the result will be the same.

Be cautious. The missing brake fluid went SOMEWHERE!!!
I suggest you keep a close eye on your brake fluid level as you might have a leak.

The manager Steve checked out the car and found that the pads were on the car! The break light kept coming on b/c the car needed break fluid. What sparked my doubt is another crap o macanhic *( another location off of littleYork) who lied and said that the pads were not on the car and that the car was darn near metal to metal how rude! Well, I was wrong and I apologize to this company and location and the great manger Steve he was awsome about the whole situation. He topped off the break fluid and the break light went off ASAP! So my advice is be aware really aware of your car so nothing bad will happen to your car. God Bless and Best Wishes to Every One!
