This is a SCAM Alert for all companies who want to do business with Marcel Dierkes, owner of Kyboe relojes.
I worked 6 months for the owner of Kyboe relojes in Spain, Marcel Dierkes and sold many of his Kyboe watches. I got paid on a commission base. It was a lot of work because the clients didn't receive the Kyboe watches or they had to wait a very long time because the watches were out of stock. Also customers reported the Kyboe watches damaged and with dirt in it! This means the Kyboe watches were a very long time in the warehouse.
I send the invoice of the my selling to Marcel Dierkes but every time Marcel Dierkes said the invoice did not have the correct information. When I did all the adjustments as Marcel Dierkes requested, he didn't answer my calls, Marcel Dierkes didn't answer my email and he didn't pay my invoice!
So I earned him a lot of money and he didn't pay my commission of almost 2.000!

UPDATE: This case has been Solved in a Good manner!
The information on this page is NOT RELEVANT to the public anymore!
I request to remove this page from this website and Google as it may harms Mr. M. Dierkes in future and I don't want that.
Because me & Mr. Dierkes solved in a good way.
Please remove it from every digital location/page/database.

I am Marcel Dierkes and we like to mention that this case is solved by both parties since 19 nov 2012 . We have had contact with the online distributor last days and we would like both to remove this report and more important the picture .Please be helpfull and remove this article .
