I worked at the law firm I was fired because I wanted to help the client but was inform to prolong the modification process so Kimberly Ball can keep calling client getting money out of them. Kimberly Ball is a bully who will tell a client what they want to hear to get them in the door once they are in she begin collect fees from the client some times thousands and thousand of dollars once the mod is approved she then tells the client they have to pay additional monies before she will send the mod back to the bank she will also tell the client that she will have the mod cancel if they do not pay the final fees. Something needs to be done about his law firm he is never there to deal with his client only she is there to deal with them this is a way to extort people out of money hiding behind a law degree

I wasn't aware that we were naming names and dragging them through the mud.  There is absolutely no reason to do that.  It is despicable to publicly shame someone in that manner.  Our rebuttals have always been presented in such a way that protects the identity and privacy of the person or persons making the report.

You say you're not disgruntled but to create lies about Kyle's, Kevin's and Kim's personal lives shows me that you truly are disgruntled and extremely immature.  Any decent human being would know that these actions are immoral.

Can you show me exactly were dirt was thrown at this ex-employee?  While you're at it, can you tell me what the name of this ex-employee is?  I can't seem to find where it is mentioned.  Maybe next time you decide to write a review, you should have the decency not to publicly lambaste a person in that way.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

I worked there for a brief time and I know what goes on behind his key code ultra security locked offices, it seems he goes through ALOT of employees, the average time for them was about 9 weeks. He runs a very crooked operation and once his employees get a true sense of whats going on he lets them go or they run out if they have any brains and dont wish to be caught up in a criminal trial. This man is in trouble with  not just the labor dept but also the IRS, Attorney General, Suffolk County Bar Association, NY State Bar Association, as well as others. Do yourself a favor, always contact your local Bar Association before choosing an attorney. Oh, and Im not a disgruntled employee, I moved on and wasnt angry or upset to go, actually releived. Listen I know he rips people off and Ive seen numerous cases of him getting sued because of it. His days are numbered, he will go to jail, its just a shame hes been able to hurt as many people as he has thus far. (oh and as long as this guy, most likely Kevin wanted to throw dirt at this other ex employee it seems only fair... Kyle Norton is an alchoholic whos wife is divorcing him and taking his kid, Kevin who is not an attorney but represents himself as one to clients is a real money shady guy whos biggest agenda, clear up Kyles ever dirty name which is a 60 hour per week job, Kim Ball who also is not an attorney is a drug addict whos had her kids taken from her)

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

This particular ex employee was fired because of overt physical threats and an attempted assault of another employee during work hours. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in the workplace. As a result of being fired for threatening to assault one of the Firms co workers, this employee decided to post outright lies about the firms handling of its clients cases. This Malicious attempt at discrediting the Firm and its employees is obviously to cover up for the attempted assault. The truth is that there is an ongoing investigation into this matter and may lead to possible criminal charges. Furthermore Upon termination, a criminal background check revealed a previous arrest for assault and conviction as well a recent arrest a few weeks ago, of a close relative of this ex employee, for felony real estate fraud and running a straw buyer Ponzi scheme
