Kym Porter-O'Dell is a filthy liar, cheat and ruthless slumlord!!!  She did a lease-purchase agreement with some lovely christians and tricked them into believing that she was still married.  She came to meet them at the house with her husband, and 3 children.  She lied and said that they moved to Florida, while her husband Pat stayed in Pennsylvania to for work purposes.

They leasers found out shortly from the neighbors that Kym Porter was divorced and haven't lived in the house for years.  the heating system didn't work right and Kym refused to fix it.  She sent her deadbeat handy man boyfriend to try to fix it and it never worked.  The leasors had to pay to fix the heating system themselves. 

There was a flood from the refrigerator ice maker water line being installed wrong, by Christian Builders.  Kym had wooden floors put in the kitchen.  The entire floor was warped.  There was a big hole in the wall behind the refrigerator and water leaked down into the basement, all over the ceiling, wood beams, floors and walls. 

Kym came up from Florida, where she is now living to see it and refused to fix anything.  She refused to even call her insurance company to fix it, as they would have replaced and fixed everything.  There is still a big hole in the wall behind the refrigerator.   She refused to fix the hole and the warped floors.

There is mold in the Master bedroom's closet ceiling.  In the attic water is leaking from holes in the pipes, and leaking into the bedroom.  The living room ceiling had leaks and stains in the ceiling.
Kym refuses to fix it.  In the basement closet, water comes in from the outside, when it rains and dirt comes in also.  Kym refuses to fix it.

The house is very dark outside.  Kym refuses to fix the outside light, so it would be safe for her lessors.  there are holes in the roof from the rain, and poor installation from the builders, Christian Builders.  There is dirt all on the outside of the house from algee.  Kym Porter lied, and refuses to fix anything. 

The lessors, and nice people pay Kym Porter-O'Dell , $3,000.00 a month.  Kym was not paying the mortgage which is a part of the lease agreement.  The bank came to the house and stated they are starting foreclosure preceedings because Kym Porter now owed the bank 6 months rent.  She was taking those Christian people for a ride, and spending their hard earned monies.  they paid her monthly and on time too.

Kym threatens them that if they don't continue to pay, she will kick them out.  These are hard times for sellers,  and if she has found lessors/tenants that is paying her mortgage and taking  care of the house, why is she such a B**CH, liar, thief, fraud, and slumlord????

She listed the house with Weichert Realtors, through her lawyer for $600,000, when an appraisal states it's only worth $530,00.00, 6 months ago (which it should be less now, with all the foreclosures in that community).  the lessors are working to get somethings worked out and will be ready to buy the house soon.  I say, they just go buy another house and get away from this slumlord, liar, fraud, inconsiderate, thoughtfulless person.

As they are lessors, BEWARE OF HOUSES ON THE MARKET, AS YOU DON'T KNOW WHO OR WHAT COMES BEHIND IT.????  This house is far from being  in a condition to be sold, and is way overpriced. CALL THE LEHIGH VALLEY BOARD OF REALTORS FOR INSPECTION REPORT AND APPRAISAL INFORMATION!!

What is your relation to the lessors or the owner, as you seem to know quite a lot about this situation.

Perhaps you can answer this question as well.  If this house is in bad of shape as you state.  Why would the "lessors" even start to think about a buying a house that is according to you a minimum of 70K over the area market?

The home sounds like it's in poor condition and needs alot of repair before its put on the market.
If it was appraised at 530k 6 months ago..it loses value with all the foreclosures in the area,the conditions of other properties and there are other factors that help devalue a home or raise its value.   It sounds to me like the apparaisers either didnt do a through inspection or they have no idea how to inspect/appraise.

Why havn"t the lessors talked to a lawyer? They need to document everything...talk to a lawyer and if they move out and owner says they are breaking lease etc..then they have proof to back them up as to why. They can continue to pay rent...but to a middle party....someone located at the courts. Im not real sure how that works.

There's no reason those people should live in a place like that. Im sure there's reasons why they havent moved...but no one should sit back and take it.  Someone else may have an idea who to talk to...but find a lawyer and talk to them.

Id say there is no insurancve on the property. I know your required to have insurance for a home that your buying..but doesnt sound like she does.

Anyway tell the couple to find some help somewhere...some sound advice. Its out there.
