Several months ago I bought a Kyocera-banded ceramic knife from Amazon. It is a fantastic knife, not cheap at over $60 but an excellent chopping knife. The knife comes with instructions of where to send it to have it sharpened as most people do not have the gear to charpen ceramic knives. You send it to;
Kyocera Industrial Ceramics Corp, 3565 Cadillac Avenue Costa Mesa, CA. 92626
Attn: Sharpening Dept.
(See the Kyocera form here) kyoceraadvancedceramics.com/media/document/Warranty-Sharpening-form-2012.pdf
The cost is $10 and is payable by check or credit card.
As I would be traveling in late October-2013 I mailed my knife. Still today I do not have it back and it is 1/Dec/2013. The stealing bas***** at Kyoecera admit to getting it but LIE about returning it.
It took the thieves 20 days to acknowledge the order, the USPS delivered the item in ONE DAY.
First Email contact from the thieves
This turned out to be a complete LIE. It is two weeks later and no knife. I some one swimming here from Korea with it?
More bulls***.
Bottom line - KYOCERA STEALS!
