I stayed here  February 1st through February 15th 2011.  I am employed in the transportation industry and was attending recurrent school at the DFW airport. 

On/around the eleventh day, I left for training in the morning.  My room was scheduled to be cleaned by the maid service.  When I returned my room door was open and my laptop and ipod were gone.  Approximately $1000 worth of stuff was stolen.  I went downstairs and the customer service agent was less than helpful.  I had them call the police and file a police report.

The manager admitted no one had been to my room except the maids and stated they remembered seeing my items there.  Long story short... they left my door open and I was robbed.   The manager kept giving me the "run around" about having the police solve the mystery.  Also, there are cameras in every hallway but the manager stated they can't see down the hallways.  

Additionally, the manager stated in the two weeks prior to myself being robbed two flat screen tv's were stolen out of the hotel.  

All in all I am very unhappy with the way I was treated, and now the way I am being ignored by La Quinta in Bedford, TX.  These maids left my door open and now I am out over $1000.  
Also to LQ management... I will continue to review your hotel on any website that will let me do so.

DO NOT STAY HERE !  DO NOT STAY HERE!
