LA Sunset Tan Hollywood Tan Nonrefund and very rude..and made up lies about me Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania
I booked an appointment for spray tanning, and sadly for unforeseen circumstances had to cancel my appointment for a spray tan I will not longer need. The manager was very rude, and told me I could not get a refund. I was calling 5 days in advance to cancel, well ahead of 24 hours! He was very rude to myself and my husband, and most of all he made up lies about me. Told me I was in other tanning salons in the area and caused problems. I have NEVER been in a tanning salon in the state of Pa!! When my husband talked to the police, wouldn't you know...they knew exactly which tanning salon he was going to say. See for your self on the BBB, the have over 12 complaints! This is a poorly ran franchise, and it is unfortunate that someone thinks he can run a business with empowerment over his patrons.
Now I am going to lose $55.00 because the owner could not nicely and respectedly give me my money back, again I had a appointment for a Friday, and called on a Monday to cancel, for the lose of a loved one I am not able to make it. Shame on him and his employees.
