I am in the same situation. I started a business in 2008. I was called by a telemarketer who has a list of all new businesses. He told me that he can get me a merchant account with a very low rate, but that I would have to use his machine. After we started using the machine, we noticed that we were getting double charged. We tried to call the telemarketer back, and he stopped responding. We didn't know who LADCO was, but they kept charging our account on a monthly basis. Finally, we opened a new account, so now they have placed negative marks on my credit report. They state that we signed a non cancelable contract. And that we owe $2400 for a machine that is worth $150. What a bunch of Scam artists. If you see any contract with name LADCO on it, DO NOT SIGN! RUN AWAY FROM IT! BURN IT! They are scam artists.
