Ladco and Evalon are companies you should avoid at all costs.  They drastically overcharge for credit card processing machines.  The way they work is by using Third Party Sales Force that that they can blame for your contract problems.  Bottom line is Ladco is a bad company who has found a way to fleece consumers with a NO CANCEL contract. 
The customer service agents intentionally obfuscate important details to prevent you from redress.  A machine that you can purchase for roughly $200 outright will cost you $40 per month over a mulit year contract.  In addition they bury a clause that you have to pay $5.00 per month for "Insurance" on the machine.  This company needs a reckoning.  The FTC should investigate the operations of this company now owned by US Bank.
Ladco and Evalon are both in bed together and try to blame the other for consumer problems.  They do not pass the 'STINK TEST" and you should look elsewhere for credit card processing.
