LaDema Spurlock,previously a tenant at Monte Vista Mobile Home Park in Oakridge, Oregon, vacated her dwelling unit and left a large rent balance due. She agreed to payment arrangements with a promise to pay. She chose, however to use a UHaul and disappeared during the night leaving the unit in poor condition and without honoring her payment agreement. As a Landlord, you are advised to deny tenancy to this woman. She cannot be trusted to honor her word and commitments

In all fairness, I begged you to stop the neighbor from theatning me, harassing me and my foster child. All he wanted to do is grow his weed and have pot parties. When I told you you did nothing. For the safty of me and the child I left, as a ex officer you should of done more to protect a single woman with a foster child. Instead you protected an indidual illegalaly growing mass amounts of pot. Shame on you for saying terible things about me When I was scared to death.
