Owner/Manager/Ripoff Artist: Ramesy decides to switch billing companies, so he charges all the members double their contracted rate to cover his fees for switching billing companies.

From October 2005 to February 2006, I have been billed by both billing companies for my membership fees. My agreed contract ended in November 2005. I was supposed to have 2 months of free memberships from referrels of new members. Instead of giving me 2 months free, Ramesy continued to have BOTH companies bill my credit card!

I have spoken to several employees who always seem so nice to your face and promise the stars and moon, but can never actually do anything to rememdy the situation!

The billing companies, Lady of America and E-Fit both say that they are in the right to bill my card; if Ramesy does not tell them not to, then it will just always be billed!

Please do not fall prey to this scam artist like I did! Anyone have any advice to help? Please let me know! How can this be legal???

I too have had issues with E-Fit. I was a faithful customer of X3 Sports who paid my bill on time every month. Due to relocating an hour away from both of their facilities, I had was forced to cancel my month-to-month agreement. Although inconvenient, I mailed the cancellation form via certified mail to E-Fit. Two weeks later, I received a response from E-Fit stating that I need to get the signature of management at X3 Sports before my cancellation would be granted. ... inconvenient and unprofessional. They continue to draft my account $99/mo for service I don't have and my agreement was on a month-to-month basis. Not cool.
