Lafayette county misouri Lafayette county sherriff and judicial system They ripped me away from my home, they caused major damage to my health physically and mentally Lexington Missouri
on 7-19-2016 I was pulled over by a missouri state trooper. I was on my way to a concert in ohio from reno, nv 1800 miles from home. I was charged and given a court date 11-30-2016 and was released roadside. 1 felony possesion of a controlled substance and two misder meanors paraphenelia and driving on suspended. On 10-13-2016 45 days before my court date in lafayette county I was arrested in Reno, nv for a fugitive hold out of lafayette county. I had a 7500. Bail. On 10-27 2016 I was extradited to lafayette county jail in missouri. While in reno, nv jail I was placed on double portions for meals because I was severely underweight 6'3 135 pounds. When I arived in lafayette county on 10-30-2016. I explained this to multiple deputies. They laughed and said "we dont do that here" I begged them to reconsider. my weight was 145 pounds. On 11-02-2016 I was called for court while I was being shackled I again asked about double portions be cause "im dizzy and am getting blurred vision from not having the proper nutrition "we dont do double portions here" when I got in front of the judge she asked if I needed a piblic defender. I said d yes and was give a new court date for 11-09-2016. I tried to explain to her that my court date was set for 11-30-2016 she said. We dont release felony cases here.
I wrote numerous emils according to the jail hand book explaining my health was depreciating and it was a medical emergency. They said they would put me on the doctors list. I pleaded to get medical attention and was completely ignored. On 11_09-2016 I went to court and was assigned a public defender and continued till 11-30-2016. I was housed with federal inmates and was scared for my life the entire time I was in this jail. The guards would not respond to emergency calls for hours. I seen multiple fights. And was threatened as well.
On 11-27-2016 I met my public defender. He didnt offer a defense he just said this is what ther offering. 5 years probation and pay all holding and court fees. I accepted because it was my only way out. I knew if I plead not guilty I was scared I would of sat there for three more months. On 11-30,,2016 I finally seen a doctor he didnt take my blood pressure, my pulse or even put me on a scale to check my weight. He said bring him to my office on 12-05-2016 and I asked about double portions he said we dont know whats wtong with you. On 12-05-2016 I went in front of the judge and after a bunch of jibberish I said guilty and setenced to 5 yrs probation. They released me on 12-05-2016 1800 miles from home no money, food, cell phone and said have a good day. I hitch hiked home. I just want this county investigated and a lawsuit brought upon them. I heard horror story after horoor story from other inmates. My suspicion is they get money from the state after holding someone 30 days because everybody was getting the same result. I lost everything, my family, house, cars, job. I returned home 6'3 130 pounds who knows the long term health efeects.
