I purchased the X-16 top-of-the-line spa. It is of very poor quality, it shorted out the electric after only two days of operation. I paid my licensed electrical contractor to come back and recheck everything, and we determined it was the spa. After numerous calling and holding I spoke to someone at the factory who said it is probably the heater, lets try that first. So they sent me a new heater and a phone number of a guy to install it. The new heater seemed to work as it did not trip the breaker but it would never get below 101 degrees, even if I set it at 97 degrees; however on the eleventh day of operation it too shorted out the electric just like before.
I requested a refund and am getting the run around BS.
