Lake Norman Infiniti ripped me off. They took a five thousand dollar deposit to hold a car untill they could get there "printer fixed", (yeah right). The next day they said that they sold the car and I needed to pick out a different car off the lot. Obviously, they thought that I would since they had my money, had already run my credit and waisted my time. I don't want another car, I want the one I bought.



I left numerous messages with the GM/Owner and still haven't gotten a responce from him. I did speak to the sales manager who was either clueless or is a really good actor (my vote is for the good actor theory), everyone there seems to be great liars. The sales manager told me that the deposit was not to hold the car, but to lock in the price for me or anyone else, huh??. I know this seems crazy to a rational person, but I asked multiple time to explain that thought process. He then told me that they did hold the price we had agreed on, not the car. He told me that I got what I paid for and hung up the phone on me.



I still to this day have not received a car or my $5000.00. I know that this seems unreal, but it is the truth and I'm not a nut. The police said it was a civil matter and I have to hire an attorney to get my money back. I'm sure I will eventually get my money back, but what a nightmare. Be Ware!!
