Complaint Review: Lake Ridge Kennel - Cleveland North Carolina

This is my last rebuttal regarding the bogus complaint from Karyn Kelly claiming she was traumatized, victimized, harassed and taken advantage of by me, Dee Gerrish and my company, Lake Ridge Kennel. The email below is further evidence to support the fact that Karyn Kelly's claim on ripoffreport.com is nothing more than fabricated nonsense. This is the email that Karyn Kelly sent to me after she got out of the hospital and was in response to my email asking about whether or not she had suffered from an anxiety attack because my brother had told me that Karyn Kelly had suffered from anxiety attacks for years and had told him she was taking "prozac" to help her deal with the attacks. As you can see from her own words (nothing has been changed in these emails...they are exactly as they were written and sent to me) she even expressed that she would refer me to the person she was giving the Lhasapoo away to about the female I still, to this day, have. I still have the sister to the lhasapoo that Karyn Kelly gave away. Notice that there wasn't anything said about there being a health problem regarding the dog....or that she felt as though she were a victim or that we had somehow "wronged" her and her husband. She even said, "Love ya" at her ending of her email to me. Yes...folks...generally I say "love ya" to someone who has harassed, threatened and victimized me too! If what Karyn Kelly claimed on her complaint to ripoffreport.com were true, why wouldn't she say this in her original email to me and why would she refer me to the person she was giving the dog away. I also noticed she says in her email that she says she was giving the dog away to a neighbor near her home. For sure I am glad that I found this email because now I have a starting point and know that I can now go door to door if I have to and find out who had this lhasapoo and what vet originally saw her and when! Sometimes, back tracking really is helpful! I bet Karyn Kelly never expected that I would still have her original emails! Imagine that! The other day I learned that Karyn Kelly...an estranged sister of mine of whom purchased a dog from me in January 2008 but dumped the dog in less than 24 hours, filed a bogus complaint about me and my business, Lake Ridge Kennel, on ripoff.com (I noticed she turned around and also created a blog on blogger claiming that she and her husband were "victims" and she bashed me as a bad breeder not just on her blog at blogger.com but also on ripoff.com but the actual evidence I have actually supports the fact that Karyn Kelly is not being truthful. The emails below support the fact that she and her husband, Jim Kelly, actually drove down to our home ONE YEAR AFTER Karyn Kelly came to my home and was asked to leave shortly after she arrived because she couldn't do any of the work she told me she could do, over the telephone prior to her arrival. I was very glad that I actually saved these old emails, because now that Karyn is following the abusive footsteps of her older sister, Sandra Johnson, these emails are supporting documents on MY behalf that proves what I say is the honest truth! I found an email sent to me by her husband, Master Chief Jim Kelly regarding the lhasapoo and problems that began with my younger sister, Karyn, within hours of the dogs' arrival. I am posting this email on this blog simply because Karyn Kelly and her sister, Sandra Johnson have made some absurd claims regarding this dog as well as claiming I've harassed them and threatened them. Actually, Sandra Johnson has nothing at all to do with this dog transaction so I don't even know why she's running her mouth about it. She wasn't involved in the transaction...wasn't a part of the transaction nor does this dog in any way, concern Sandra Johnson. She is going to be in for at least another day. They need to run some more test (MRI, MRA and others) tomorrow. They have been giving her morphine and perquisite (spelling?) but her head is still hurting. She was throwing up so they are giving her some other meds to control that. The neurologist came in right before I left and said he wants to wait until he gets the rest of her testing done to decide what to do for her. The test they ran so far are all good. Lots of blood work, CAT scan, spinal tap and others I can not think of right no w. The neurologist was talking about migraines and they can cause the symptoms Karyn has been having. He was interesting to listen to, he said 50% of the people have migraines but most people think a migraine has to do with a headache only. It does not always happen that way, he said events trigger migraines and some or worst than others. I think her surgery was a trigger if that is what she has. Pinkerton could have been one too. So at this point until all the testing is completed we will not know for sure the outcome. She may come home tomorrow but again that depends on what they find out. On Pinkerton, she is doing well, I have her in the kitchen area away from the cats. Like I said the cats do not mess with her they just look at her. I have her crate open with her bed in it and she loves it in there. I get her out of it but she likes to go back in there. I think she feels safe there and that is what she was use to anyway. She has not eaten much, she threw up a couple times coming home but ate again. She has eaten a little bit but at least she isn't throwing up. I think she is getting use to her new surroundings. Don't worry about paying us back, like I said it wasn't your fault. I know you guys are having it tough now but I am like you I don't want her to have a bad home or be hurt either. I definitely told Jim that we wanted her back so I am not sure why Karyn changed the course of plans when she returned home from the hospital. I do remember that she was adament that we give her back her $350 even though she was well aware that I had paid for the entire dinner bill out of the money her husband gave me, when myself, my husband, she and her husband all went to the Outback Steakhouse a few hours after they had arrived at the hotel in Statesville, NC. Jim Kelly clearly states in his emails to me that all was well with the LhasaPoo and that she was doing just fine. He also went on to say what was transpiring with Karyn wasn't my fault at all but was something physical going on with her health wise. It really makes me angry that Karyn Kelly has the audacity to make claims in her blogs on blogger.com as well as ripoff.com claiming that she and her husband were "victims" and were defrauded by me and my business, Lake Ridge Kennel. Just the simple fact that she boldly lies and then turns around and calls ME a liar, just pisses me off to no end. I was very upset that Karyn wanted to give the dog away instead of just giving it back to me and I was even more upset that she was about wanting her money back even though she knew that I spent half of that money on an evening out when they came to get the dog. Her entire attitude was that if I wasn't going to give her the $350 back, then she was going to give the dog away. She is such a selfish, self centered individual that she couldn't even understand that we didn't have the money to give her back. What also galls me regarding her sister, Sandra Johnson is that Sandra Johnson has the balls to tell ME that I just want the dog back to turn around and resell it. That's funny because the dog was with me for a year and a half simply because no one wanted to adopt a young adult dog. I didn't make a single dime on that LhasaPoo! I had the dog for a year and a half. I wonder how much money she actually spends on her dogs in a single year? Obviously not much if she actually believes I made one single dime on a dog that I adopted when it was a year and a half old! My husband and I spent money out of our own pocket for the care of the entire litter, mother included! We had paid out of our pocket all the vaccinations and the deworming as well as food, housing and utility expenses for over a year. Grooming supplies cost money too. Not to mention all the hours and time spent taking care of her. That LhasaPoo was well groomed and in immaculate condition at the time I handed her over to the Kellys. How Karyn Kelly and Sandra Johnson believe for one second that I made any money from placing that dog in Karyn's care for a measely $350 is beyond me! Now deduct the money it cost for dinner for the Kellys and myself and my husband and what does that leave me? I have further emails to back up the fact that at no time was Karyn Kelly or her husband any such victim...nor were they ever harassed by myself or my husband or threatened in any way...which is what Karyn Kelly has the audacity to claim on ripoff.com and on her blogger called ripoffreport. I've also have a copy of the purchase agreement/visual inspection worksheet that Jim Kelly signed and that I signed regarding the visual health of the Lhasa Poo to further verify there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the dog at the time I handed the dog over to them. That poor dog, thanks to Karyn Kelly's selfishness, was passed around to several people after Karyn Kelly refused to let us just have her back and just gave her away instead. This entire situation between myself and Karyn Kelly could have been resolved amicably had she just allowed my husband to drive up and get the dog instead of dumping that dog off like a pair of shoes she no longer wanted or liked. On my purchase agreement, it is so noted that we required the dog to be returned to us for an exchange if their vet found the dog to have a life threatening health issue..within 48 hours. Clearly had there been an issue, Jim and Karyn Kelly would have handed back the dog! She is going to be in for at least another day. They need to run some more test (MRI, MRA and others) tomorrow. I found out today that you have now created a bogus blog at http://ripoffreportcomplaint.blogspot.com/ I find it very interesting, Karyn Kelly that for one thing, you write about something that never happened...claimed you were traumatized and that I am such a bad breeder...blah, blah, blah and yet ONE YEAR after you claim you came to my home and this incident happened, you and your husband bought a dog from me! ONE YEAR AFTER THIS SUPPOSED INCIDENT! I have posted the copy of the signed purchase agreement/visual inspection worksheet that your husband, Master Chief Jim Kelly of Stroudsberg, PA signed in front of me showing the date of his signature as well as the fact that both you and he visually inspected the dog that your husband gave me $350 and showing that you both agreed that the dog was in visually good health, etc. and I've posted this signed agreement on my personal blog for people to see that what you claim doesn't even make any sense! I am completely baffled as to why you and your husband would come down to my area in North Carolina and buy a dog from me, if the incident that you claim actually happened? Why would you buy a dog from a breeder you claim houses their dogs in nothing but a "metal shed" and has "no room for exercise" ?? Why would you come back to a breeder to buy a dog, if you watched that very same breeder sew up a "gaping hole" from a dog who was bleeding to death and that you felt traumatized by such an incident??? Didn't you have a cell phone with you when you came to my home the first time pretending you could help me do some work at my home when you completely misrepresented your abilities? Were you not on your cell phone constantly complaining to your husband that you couldn't do any of the work that I said to you that I needed and that you claimed to me over the telephone, prior to your arrival, that you could do? If the incident you described in your bogus complaint actually happened, why didn't you call the police or animal control from your cell phone??? Your truck was sitting in my driveway. Why didn't you get into your truck and just leave? Your bags were not stored inside of my home. You were free to leave at any time. The problem with you and your sisters is that you enjoy making up bogus complaints...embellished, outrageous, shocking claims to get the attention of the general internet audience and yet, I've repeatedly asked you to bring forth supporting evidence of the claims that you all have been making! There isn't a single ligit complaint on the websites that you claim harbor "multiple complaints" towards my business, Lake Ridge Kennel. What you also fail to mention is the fact that after your husband, Masterief Jim Kelly of stroudsberg PA handed me $350 for the very healthy, sweet lhasapoo who was a toy sized dog weighing approx. 12 pounds or slightly under, is that you, your husband, myself and my husband went to the Outback Steakhouse for dinner and I actually paid for the dinner bill out of the $350 cash that your husband handed me. You gave the waiter the gift certificate I SENT TO YOU some months earlier as a gift, for a tip. You also fail to mention that both you and your husband visually inspected the LhasaPoo before Jim Kelly handed me the money for the dog and you fail to mention the actual date of the supposed incident at my home where you were "left traumatized" and the actual date of the dog adoption. My recept is dated in January of 2008 and your fiasco visit actually occured one year BEFORE you and your husband came to my area to buy the LhasaPoo. The ONLY THING that did transpire at my home during your short fiasco visit was that you could NOT do any of the work that you and I had agreed you would do, over the telephone prior to your arrival and that you literally stood in my driveway and made the statement that you hated dogs, never wanted to own a dog and never wanted to be around a dog and you were asked to leave by my husband. The fact is, you did not arrive at my home until late in the evening...you spent the night in my brand new travel travel with nice accomdations and in less than a couple of hours the following day, my husband asked you to leave because you could not even perform simple front yard chores. That very brief visit by you occured in 2007. So, I fail to understand why if you thought I was a bad breeder....a backyard breeder...and all the other horrific things you and your sisters have posted all over the internet and now as well on blogger.com under the link http://ripoffreportcomplaint.blogspot.com/ why you would call me a year later asking to buy a dog from me???? That doesn't even make any sense whatsoever! Your posting on this website and anywhere else over the internet are nothing more than bogus postings that have the intent to smear my personal name, Dee Gerrish and that of my business, Lake Ridge Kennel. Your postings are simply to gain negative public attention to people who are not aware of the internal family feud going on regarding our mother, Lori Evans, of 615 south thacker avenue Kissimmee Florida 34741 who has dementia and was diagnosed with dementia back in 2006. First of all, I am fixing a couple of mistakes I made in my original rebuttal to Karyn Kelly of Stroudsberg, PA: 1. Her husband's name is Master Chief Jim Kelly (I mistakenly said otherwise) 2. I reported my estranged sisters to the Kissimmee DSC in September of 2008 (not September 2006). 3. I've been stalked, harassed, attacked and verbally abused by Sandra Johnson, who is an estranged sister of whom I have not physically seen since 1996, since mid 2006 because she became upset that I had asked her to fill out a canine application when she made a Goldendoodle inquiry. To this day, I still have her original emails she sent to me in 2006 where she voiced her personal derogatory opinions of having to fill out the application, not to mention her postings back in 2006 over various websites and forums under various fake user names. Secondly, I see that "Disgusted in Orlando" (aka Sandra Johnson of Orlando Florida who pretends to be a dog trainer just south of I-4 called "Gone 2 the dogs" and yet has severely over weight dogs of her own from lack of exercise) has again returned to ripoff.com to further talk to herself. I would not put it past her that she herself wrote the bogus complaint using her younger sister's name. She actually stooped extremely low on the website of Merchant Circle (www.merchantcircle.com) to create fake postings to further smear my name under not just her own mother's name (Lori Evans), but also calling herself "Sandra Evans". Since I don't really know whether or not Karyn Kelly really did come on this website to follow her sisters' abusive shoes, I'm going to assume that Karyn Kelly in fact did come to this website to further slander my name and make a bogus "I've been ripped off by Dee Gerrish" complaint. AT any rate, those are your problems and not mine and I would really appreciate it if you all get medical assistance or therapy for your issues and stop dragging me into your drama. First of all, this ripped-off consumer is none other than the youngest sister of Diane Dee Gerrish, the person with whom she has an apparent consumer complaint, and she is misusing this forum to carry on a family fued that really has little to do with dogs. This entire entry should be removed because it is a gross misuse of what this website is supposed to be about. QUOTE: "She steals photos from our sister's album on webshots and manipulated them and posted hateful, disgusting remarks all over them just to try to hurt us, her very own sisters. She posted our full names, addresses, email addresses all over the internet attacking us with lie after lie after lie even claiming that we stole from our very own mother." This is the proverbial pot calling the kettle black. Before the account was deleted, Dee's older sister had an entire Photobucket album of Photoshopped pictures that depicted Dee Gerrish in exactly the sort of light Ms. Kelly is whining about being done to her. The many customers are actually a very small (in more ways than one) group of people all of them related by blood they are sisters and step-sisters of Diane Dee Gerrish and have been attacking her personally and professionally for several years now. I have personally followed this epic battle since 2006. I have spent several holidays at Dee's place, and it is by no means the canine Auschwitz that Ms. Kelly and her fellow pots would have anyone believe. I have been inside the building that Ms Kelly describes as a metal shed. It's actually a concrete block building, complete with air conditioning in the summer, heat in the winter and plenty of ventilation all year long. The only metal shed I've ever seen at Dee's place is a garage and no dogs OR cats are kept in the garage. Never in any of my multiple-day visits have I felt unsafe . hypocrite[hip-uh-krit]noun 1. a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs. 2. a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, esp. one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements. 3. Karyn Kelly.

As a consumer, I am simply amazed that the owner/operator of Lake Ridge Kennels really believes she has the right to demand from her former customer, a dog that was sold over a year ago! This website is not the only place where this complaint and rebuttal is located. The owner of Lake Ridge Kennels actually posted an AMBER ALERT for the dog on Buzznet.com!! She also blogged about it on BlogSpot.com and on her MySpace profile. What kind of business owner has the unmitigated gall to sell something, have the new owner sign a contract making everything 'fair and square' then a year later, demand the item back? This is not even comprehensible! The owner of this dog breeding business must really be desperate for money if she is contacting her former customers demanding they return the dogs!! Not only did she demand the dog back from the customer, she made unwelcome phone calls and sent threatening emails to these people! Who DOES that???? I wonder how many other of her former customers are getting the very same threatening phone calls and emails? Isn't there a law against this type of thing? Isn't it called, "extortion?" I have never in my life seen an AMBER ALERT for an animal! I can see it now. I'm driving down the Interstate when I see the yellow lights on the sign telling me that someone is looking for the whereabouts of a dog!!! If I saw THAT, I would have to stop and take a picture! I wonder how many FBI agents are out scouting neighborhoods looking for this dog? I wonder if they are going door-to-door demanding to see every dog across the nation? How would they know if they found it? Lots of dogs look the same. Since it's been over a year since the dog was rightfully purchased from the breeder, I would imagine the dog would look a little different. Will the FBI get their sketch artist and create a rendering of how the dog might look NOW? What if the dog had it's hair colored or had some nip and tuck surgery performed? What if the dog is in the Witness Program? Would the dog now be fatter? Skinnier? Uglier? Prettier? Fuzzier? Maybe it's shaved!! Maybe it ran off and joined a roaming pack of gypsy dogs!! Maybe it's dead! OMG. Does that mean that CSI has to now get involved? Maybe I will be able to see a CSI episode where they find a missing dog's bones and because it couldn't be identified, it went into a cold case files. How expensive will it be to hunt for this missing dog? Maybe there will be an episode on Without A Trace about the dog!! I wonder if the dog knows it's missing? I wonder if it cares? I even wonder why the dog breeder hasn't been Baker Acted!! This is CRAZY!!!! Listen, dog breeder person, you SOLD the dog. You got a check for the amount you asked for. You took the check to the bank and you deposited it. You left the dog with it's new owners and you drove back home. You went about your life as usual. You found out that the new owners had re-homed the dog for the better of the dog and the owners and you flipped out. You posted nasty, horrible, hate-filled blogs and posts all over the Internet about these people and then had the nerve to harass these people to give you the dog back! You DO NOT have the right to get something back that you sold. Just because you demand it doesn't mean these people have to buckle under your threats! When someone sells YOU something say, the grocery store. Does the store manager call you a year later and demand to know where that roll of toilet paper is? I am the owner of Lake Ridge Kennel, Dee Gerrish. This complaint and as well as the others mentioned by this person inside of THIS fictitious complaint is none other than an estranged family member who has created multiple fake user names on numerous websites simply to smear my personal name and that of my business. I do not own any shelties, nor did the incident this person mentions in this complaint ever occur. Responsible websites on the internet know that this person has had their account deleted multiple, upon multiple times because their intent is to destroy my credibility as a breeder. These bogus complaints have been placed here as well as on the websites mentioned in this fake complaint by my estranged sisters, Karyn Kelly of Stroudsberg PA; Sandie Johnson of Orlando FLorida (She claims to be a dog trainer just south of I-4 called Gone 2 the dogs); Cheryl Rogers (who has taken up residence at my mother's home because she can live there rent free and not pay a single bill due to my mother's dementia, in Kissimmee Florida) and Charlotte Estes of Mobile, Alabama (whom has stolen thousands of dollars from my mother since 2006 by coercing my mother, who has dementia, into giving her power of attorney). Three of these estranged sisters were reported by me to the Kissimmee Florida DCS after I discovered wrong doing towards my mother who was diagnosed with dementia in 2006. Much of this bogus nonsense began in September 2006 after I filed my complaints with DCS and tried to assist my mother. Sandra Johnson began her smear campain towards me as a person and towards my business, Lake Ridge Kennel, back in 2006 after she inquired about getting a Goldendoodle from me and I asked her to fill out my canine application. Sandra Johnson, in fact, is the main person behind all of the fake complaints with bogus user names, on multiple websites. She has created multiple fake business listings on Merchantcircle.com which are continually deleted by Merchant Circle. The owners of Merchant Circle as well as the forum moderators are very aware of this fact and have repeatedly sent her TOS violation letters to stop the harassment. Sandra Johnson, of Orlando Florida, in fact is the person who filed the first fictitious complaint on ripoff.com under the guise, "Disgusted in Orlando". So far, she has created over 50 bogus user names such as ParkerMcarthur, McarthurParker, Parker, The truth, Items R Us, fladogtrainer, 1dogtrainer, ldyharley79, Sandra Evans, Sandie Evans, Lori Evans, Sandra Johnson, SFJ, Arceholdings, Puppymillbusters, Arseholdings, Sandie Johnson, etc; The list of bogus user names is quite lengthy. Sandra Johnson actually has even stooped so low as to even use my own name, Dee Gerrish, to create multiple fake postings, listings, articles as well as creating fake My Space pages as a means to slur my business and my personal name. The person behind this complaint as well as all the others on the internet has no merit to her stories, which is why you have been reading them over the internet. This person makes fictitious claims simply out of jealousy, spite, hatefulness and possibly because they are in need of some serious medical assistance and counseling. I have tried to ignore this person and not respond to any further comments or postings by this person, which was recommended to me by my local police department after I filed a complaint with the Orlando Police department as well as my own local sheriff's office in Salisbury, NC. The person behind this bogus complaint is abusive and desperately seeks attention even though the attention they seek is quite destructive and negative. No one has harassed, threatened or bothered the person behind this complaint. In fact, the only blogs that I myself have ever created that mentions these estranged sisters, have been only in self defense. The person behind this bogous complaint claims that the photos on my website belong to someone else when in fact, they do not. Photos on my website showing my grooming shop as well as my Poodles and Golden Retrievers do indeed belong to me and no one else. 98% of all of the photos on my website are of not just my own dogs, but of Goldendoodles we have sold or still own, since 1999. Many of our terrific customers, over the years, have stayed in contact and have sent us not just photos of the dogs they have purchased from us, but cards, letters and emails praising us as a breeder and proudly sharing their wonderful dogs that they have purchased from us. The person behind this smear campaign is quite jealous over the fact that we have been a successful breeder since 1996; they are merely upset over the fact that we are one of the original founders for the Goldendoodle dog in the southern region of the United STates and were the first breeder to register the Goldendoodle dog with a ligit kennel club in the United STates. Dee Gerrish, in fact, has written extensively about the Goldendoodle dog since 1999 and her numerous goldendoodle articles are very popular over the internet. We HAVE listed an amber alert for a sable LhasaPoo that we entrusted in the care of my younger sister, Karyn Kelly, of Stroudsberg Pennsylvania, because the truth is, Karyn Kelly and her sister, Sandra Johnson, claim the dog had a curved spine and was told by a vet that the dog's spine was curved due to living in a small cage for over a year and yet the dogs' spine miraculously un-curved AFTER it was in Karyn Kelly's care, which is nonsense. The LhasaPoo was 1 and a half years of age and in very good health at the time I sold the dog to my younger sister, Karyn Kelly. She became unglued within minutes of bringing the dog into her home after her "cats became upset". Her husband asked us through an email if we wanted the dog back and I told him yes, we wanted the dog back and my husband would go to their home and pick up the dog. When I called Karyn to tell her my husband was going to pick up the dog, she told me she gave the dog away to a neighbor. Later, I found bogus claims posted over the internet on various websites that I had sold her a dog with a "curved spine". I sent Karyn Kelly an email asking for the name of the vet who supposedly made the claim that the LhasaPoo had a curved spine, but she refused to tell me. My husband attempted to speak to her husband by phone in order to ask for the name of the vet, but Karyn Kelly hung up on my husband and refused to let my husband speak to her husband about this dog. The amber alert has been posted regarding the lhasapoo simply so that we can find out the truth about this dog and know of its whereabouts. We are NOT trying to confiscate the dog as reported by this person who has made this bogus complaint. THe Amber alert for this dog is as follows: If anyone in the Stroudsberg, PA area knows of this dog, we ask for them to call us at 704-278-3647. The dog was born in 2006. Is a cream sable LhasaPoo and weighs approx. 12 pounds or under. She is a female and was a very sweet, gentle dog. This dog has a UKCI registration which also has MY personal name and address on the registration. Again, I am NOT trying to confiscate the dog. I still own the above dogs' sister and know for a fact the dogs and its litter mates were very healthy. None of them have been raised in tiny cages as claimed by Karyn Kelly and Sandra Johnson. Regarding the supposed stolen images of Karyn Kelly and Sandra Johnson, this claim too is bogus. Sandra Johnson's photobucket account under the user name, Ldyharley79, was deleted by photobucket because she in fact had MY images on her photo albums that she had maliciously slanted using photoshop. Her account with webshots.com was also deleted by webshots, under the user name Fladogtrainer, for the same reason. She made gay, racial slurs using my images and my personal name of Dee Gerrish as well as slanted the photos of My images. I have hundreds of her emails, comments and third party messages since 2006 which are clearly abusive, attacking, slanderous and hateful. I have quit responding to this abusive bullying by my estranged sisters because the more I respond, the more they post. When I don't respond and I try to ignore them, they continue the abusive attacks and when I respond, they continue the attacks. Since it is a no win situation, my solution is to simply ignore these complaints. The truth is, the supposed complaints towards me as a business and as a person are not valid, nor ligit in any way. The complaints have actually been written by my estranged sisters and possibly their friends or family members under countless, fictitious user names. If anyone had a ligit complaint towards me as a business, breeder or person, they would have taken their "valid" complaint through a court of law. If you have read this and believe these supposed complaints have any merit of truth to them, please make sure to ask the person who has supposedly made the complaint to produce legal evidence to back up their claim. If the person behind this fictitious complaint believes that the photos of my grooming shop and my poodle are NOT mine, ask for the person I've supposedly stolen the photos from to take a snap shot of THEM standing in front of the same wall and same tub with the same dog with the SAME door and produce a duplicate snapshot showing THEM in the photo that wasn't photoshopped! I also do not understand how Karyn Kelly of Stroudsberg Pa believes she was ripped off by ME. Her husband paid me for the dog and she and her husband took the dog home. Her husband, Jim Kelly, asked me via email if I wanted the dog back after Karyn Kelly became unglued within minutes of bringing the dog inside of her home and her cats getting upset over a dog being in the home and he was told via email, by me, that we would take the dog back. When I told Karyn my husband was going to leave and drive to PA to get the dog, she informed me she gave the dog away. How was she ripped off? This complaint doesn't even make any sense. She fails to mention her husband paid me for the dog. She fails to mention she gave the dog away instead of returning the dog to us or allowing us to personally pick up the dog. She fails to mention that or amber alert regarding this dog DOES clearly say we are NOT wanting the dog back. We simply want to know where the dog is and to unravel the story made by Karyn Kelly and her sister, Sandra Johnson, that the dog had a curved spine according to a vet it was taken to. We simply want the name of the vet this dog was supposedly taken to so we can personally speak to the vet who supposedly made claims the dog had a curved spine. We know for a fact the dog never had a curved spine and we feel the claim made by Sandra Johnson and Karyn Kelly is without merit, but just another attempt at smearing my personal name and business name. If indeed there was a valid health issue with the dog, why was this NOT brought to our attention back in 2007 when Karyn Karyn had the dog in her possession? Karyn Kelly also fails to mention in this complaint that she and her husband, who live in Stroudsberg, PA (Chief Master Sergeant Jim Kelly) drove down to personally pick up the dog after they BOTH contacted me and said they both prayed for a year about buying a dog from me because they both knew I took good care of my dogs. Karyn Kelly also fails to mention in this complaint that she did indeed come to my home for a very brief visit under the guise of helping me do some work that we had discussed by phone and that she was asked by my husband to leave after she stood in our driveway and said she hated dogs, never wanted to own a dog and never wanted to be around dogs. She was asked to leave shortly after she arrived because she could NOT do any of the work she told us over the phone, that she could do. She misrepresented her abilities over the telephone. When it was obvious she was fearful of being around a dog, she was asked to leave. She knew we had dogs and she knew she didn't like dogs, which completely confused us as to why she'd call asking to help us if she knew she didn't want to be around dogs. Karyn Kelly fails to mention in this complaint that she and her husband DID indeed purchase the LhasaPoo that we have placed an amber alert for, ONE YEAR AFTER her fiasco of a visit, which even further confused me. I did NOT understand why she would ask me, one year later, to buy a dog from me when she literally stood in my driveway saying she hated dogs and never wanted to own a dog. That was when she told me over the telephone that she and her husband had prayed for a year about buying a dog from me because they knew that I took good care of my dogs and if they wanted a dog from anyone, it would be from me. My husband told me not to sell them a dog, but I felt that Karyn Kelly was being honest when she made the statement that she had prayed about wanting a dog and getting a dog from me. I felt she honestly wanted a dog and would take care of the dog. I was very upset to find out that within less than 24 hours of my handing over the dog to her, she would give the dog away instead of returning the dog to me knowing that I had spent over a year with the dog and had hand raised the dog. Sandra Johnson claims that my dogs do NOT have any place to exercise. Had she NOT made her photo albums private, the general internet public would be able to see how grossly over weight her own dogs are from LACK OF EXERCISE even though this woman clearly has a large back yard and she claims she is a dog trainer there in Orlando Florida. None of my dogs are over weight and my dogs are very healthy. My dogs are entirely healthier than Sandra Johnson's dogs whose severe obesity can cause heart as well as joint problems not to mention cause them to live a much shorter life. I'm curious also how a dog trainer could have obese dogs? Had she not made her photo albums private, the general internet public could have clearly seen that her own dogs live a sedentary life and definitely lack exercise. Regarding placing photos on the internet, all of my personal photos that have MY image on them have been removed from my website as well as my own photo albums that are on the internet because I had discovered that Sandra Johnson and my other estranged sisters (Karyn Kelly IS an estranged sister of mine) had copied my images and placed them on their own photobucket, piscaso and webshots photo accounts and had maliciously photo shopped them making gay and other slurs with the photos. Because of this discovery, there will NOT be any further personal photos placed on the internet that has MY personal image in them or on them. Karyn Kelly, Charlotte Estes and Sandra Johnson, who are all abusive, estranged sisters of mine, have husbands with incomes that exceed over one hundred thousand dollars a year (Or so they have claimed) and yet, they have the audacity to tell me via private email that they have the legal right to charge my mother (who was diagnosed with dementia in 2006) for anything that has to do with my mother's care. Where is the moral right of NOT charging our mother, who has a small income of less than $1600 a month when they have husbands with an income that exceeds $100,000 a year? I filed a complaint with the Kissimmee, Florida DCS in September of 2006 regarding my mother, Lori Evans, because I had discovered thousands of dollars missing from my mother's banking accounts as well as up to ten credit cards not being in my mother's possession and of mis usage of those credit cards. I in fact, cancelled those credit cards because I had discovered (with the assistance of the credit card companies sending me documentation) that there were multiple personal purchases that had nothing to do with my mother's care or my mother, for that matter as well as multiple cash advances. There were plane ticket purchases and other trip purchases on the credit cards that I knew my mother had not made herself. My mother's bank had provided copies showing the signature of Charlotte Estes, of Mobile Alabama, as having removed thousands of dollars from my mother's banking account and my mother told the bank she did not give Charlotte Estes permission to remove the funds. The bank told my mother she had given Charlotte Estes power of attorney which in turn, gave her the authority to remove the funds, but my mother said she did not remember signing a power of attorney for Charlotte Estes. This statement by my mother further showed evidence that Charlotte Estes took advantage of my mother's dementia in order to gain access to thousands of dollars that my mother had saved over the years. By the time I made this discovery, Charlotte Estes had left my mother with less than a thousand dollars to her name and nearly penniless. The fact is, all of these bogus complaints has nothing at all to do with me as a business or dogs. These fictitious complaints are extortion attempts by my estranged sisters at gaining complete control over my mother, her assets and her property. If any of the supposed complaints were valid, as I said previously, these people would take the matter before a judge and not before the general internet public. It is ridiculous that this website and other similar websites would even allow such bogus claims.
