Apr. 26, 2010 Monday: Spoke with Management and salesman Facil regarding vehicle. Looked at vehicle and noticed that the car was not in the condition advertised. I stated to Merchant that there were several things that needed to be done before I would purchase the vehicle. Merchant stated that they would fix the following items: Provide updated Navigation Disc (did not have any disc) Replace left headlight (light was faded and scratched) Replace left rear view mirror (cracked) Replace left front door speaker (speaker was blown) Replace rear window blinds. I then stated to Merchant that I would not buy this car unless the above items were replaced/fixed. Merchant stated that they wanted my business and that they would do all needed repairs; however, a refundable deposit was needed to begin work and everything will be completed by Friday, April 30. I clarified to Merchant that if any point I was dissatisfied with purchase and/or the auto deal fell through, would I be able to receive my money back immediately. The merchant, Lake View Motors, Salesman Facil, and Management stated that they would give me my money back if I was not satisfied. Apr 30, 2010 Friday: Arrived to location: Lakeview Motors, 9878 Main St. Suite 120, Woodstock, GA 30188 to finalize purchase and pick up vehicle. Merchant still had not done anything to vehicle other than detailed it. Merchant wanted me to pay remainder of deposit, $1300.00, take vehicle home, and come back when mechanic was there to repairs vehicle. I then left the dealer without vehicle stating that I was not satisfied and that I would begin to look at other dealers. Merchant then stated that they would fix items and to come back on Monday, May 3, 2010. May 3, 2010 Monday: Made last visit to Merchants address and saw that the car was in the same condition and requested my money back. Merchant stated that he was not going to authorize my funds back and that he would fix what we agreed upon after the purchase was finalize. I stated that I was not going to buy the car until he fixed the issues. The merchants decision was final and I left the building.
